Business Terms & Conditions
- Introduction
GoFarmer operates as an agritech and investment platform offering Shariah-compliant agricultural investment opportunities. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of GoFarmer’s website, services, and participation in any investment projects. By using our platform or investing, you agree to these terms.
- Investment Structure
- All projects are structured under Murabaha (Buy-and-Sell) contracts, ensuring Shariah compliance.
- Investors participate by purchasing commodities through GoFarmer, which then sells them to registered merchants at a pre-agreed margin.
- GoFarmer assumes possession and operational responsibility, including storage and quality monitoring, until the sale of the commodity.
- Risk & Liability
- Once the product is handed over to the merchant, investors do not share in any post-sale losses.
- Returns are dependent on the successful execution of the trading cycle and market conditions.
- GoFarmer employs robust risk management—controlled storage, field inspections, and digital monitoring—to reduce operational and market risks, providing an advantage over typical agribusiness startups.
- Returns & Service Charges
- Returns are calculated based on the pre-agreed profit margin under the Murabaha contract.
- A 5% service charge on profits applies, which is already excluded from all projected ROI figures.
- Investor Eligibility
- Participants must be legally competent to invest and comply with local regulations.
- Funds invested must be committed for the entire project duration; early withdrawal is not permitted.
- Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials on the GoFarmer platform are the property of GoFarmer. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- Modification of Terms
GoFarmer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions.
